Tell Congress: Keep Public Lands in Public Hands
Public lands are essential for our health, happiness, and connection—but right now, they’re under threat. Special interest groups are pushing to strip away protections, opening the door to development. That means fewer parks, trails, and natural spaces for all of us.
We are truly our happiest outside, and we can’t afford to let public lands be exploited for short-term gain. These spaces are our shared legacy—where we gather with loved ones, recharge, and create lasting memories. Without strong protections, access to these spaces could disappear.
Together, we recently stopped one harmful plan in the House of Representatives to sell off our public lands. But threats remain. In response, Congress is considering the bipartisan Public Lands in Public Hands Act, which would prevent the sale or transfer of most federal public lands and ensure they remain open for all. We need your voice.
