RE: Bring Parks to Every Corner of Dallas

I am writing today to respectfully request that the Dallas City Council allocate $350 million for parks, trails, and greenspaces in the next bond program. Our city parks and trails make Dallas a great place to live. They provide places to exercise, gather with neighbors, play with families and children, and improve the environment.

Dallas's park system has many needs that must be addressed: critical repairs for recreation centers, playgrounds that need to be updated and replaced, and equity gaps that need to be closed for the parts of our city that currently don't have any access to parks or trails.
