Sign Now: Public lands should be saved — not sold!
We have to take care of America’s public lands because now, more than ever, our public lands take care of us.
Every day, another 6,000 acres of open space are lost to development. For example, consider the epic, natural beauty of Montana. Since the pandemic, real estate prices have soared, the result of people and developers streaming into the state to buy land. Not only are scenic landscapes being lost forever, but outdoor accessibility is also disappearing. Residents and visitors who once thrived amid the wilderness of Big Sky Country — hiking, camping, biking, and fishing — are being increasingly met by gated properties and “no trespassing” signs.
We can’t let our natural treasures be destroyed.
