Habitat loss, increasingly severe weather, and the changing climate have taken a huge toll on our nation’s wildlife. One-third of the wildlife species in America are imperiled or vulnerable—meaning they are at high-risk of going extinct.

With your help, we are working to pass landmark legislation—the Recovering America’s Wildlife Act (S.2372/H.R. 2773)—which will provide the most significant investment in wildlife conservation since the Endangered Species Act. But before the bill becomes law, we need the Senate to vote.

As an avid supporter of the outdoors and wildlife, I urge you to support RAWA - the Recovering America's Wildlife Act (S.2372). With one-third of the wildlife species in America at risk of becoming threatened or endangered, it is imperative that we take measures now to protect them.

The bill will direct $1.3 billion of existing revenue annually to state-led conservation efforts, as well as $97.5 million to tribal-led wildlife conservation plans. This would be the most significant investment in wildlife conservation in a generation. RAWA will not only provide the resources needed to help more than 12,000 at-risk species from reaching the threatened or endangered designations, but it will also create jobs and increase access to the outdoors.
